Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MakeYourViral at makeyourviral.com. By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to them.

1. The service

MakeYourViral is an independent service at makeyourviral.com that generates short AI videos from a photo you upload, using trending templates (such as dance and meme formats offered on individual generator pages). Output is a watermark-free MP4 in your chosen format (16:9, 1:1 or 9:16), typically sized for short-form social feeds. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Google, OpenAI, ChatGPT, or the owners of songs, brands, or trends referenced in template names; descriptive references identify formats users search for, all trademarks belong to their respective owners, and nothing on this site is professional advice.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy and spend credits. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher digital-consent age in your country).

3. Credits, packs & payment

  • Videos cost credits: 480p = 25 credits, 720p HD = 50 credits per video.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases (from $9.90), paid via Stripe. Credits are valid for 1 yearfrom purchase and don’t auto-renew — there is no subscription.
  • Prices may include or exclude tax depending on your location; Stripe shows the final price at checkout.
  • Credits are personal, tied to your account, and non-transferable.

Refund rules: see our Refund Policy. In short — failed or blocked renders are refunded automatically.

4. Acceptable use & likeness rules

By uploading a photo you confirm and guarantee that:

  • The photo shows you, or a person who explicitly agreed to be rendered by you;
  • The photo contains no minors, and no celebrities or public figures;
  • The photo contains no nudity, sexual content, violence or hateful imagery.

You may not use the service to harass, defame, deceive, impersonate, or sexualize anyone; to mislead people that generated content is real footage; or for any unlawful purpose. Full rules: Safety. Violations lead to blocked renders and may lead to account termination without refund of spent credits.

5. AI output

Generated videos are AI creations and may contain artifacts: faces may shift between frames, scenes may include impossible details, and small background elements can change between shots. You accept these characteristics of generative video.

6. Your rights to the output

Subject to these Terms, you may use your generated videos for personal, non-commercial purposes — posting on your social media is expressly encouraged. You may not resell generated videos, present them as footage of real events, use them to deceive or defame anyone, or use them in advertising without separate permission.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for steady availability but the service is provided “as is” and may be changed, suspended or discontinued. If we discontinue the service, unused credits on accounts active in the prior 12 months will be refunded.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. Our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see Delete my data). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our safety rules.
